Our tools are simple: our own web form and IONOS email.

8. Children’s information

Students in youth and preschool courses are under 18; their information is provided by a parent or guardian, with their consent. We do not advertise to children and do not collect anything beyond what the course needs.

Parents can ask at any time to see or delete their child’s information.

9. Security

Our measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), tiered access permissions, staff confidentiality agreements, and paper records kept locked.

No system is perfectly secure. If a data breach could affect you, we will notify the people concerned within a reasonable time and report it as the law requires.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. Significant changes will be announced on the website and sent by email to enrolled students before they take effect.
