The DELF is a diploma: once you pass, it is valid for life. This path does not earn immigration points; it is for study and professional qualifications.
Who it is for
- You plan to apply to a program taught in French, or you need a B2 diploma for professional certification.
- You want proof of language level that never expires.
- You are not in a hurry and are happy to progress step by step over 12 months.
Who it is not for
- If you want immigration points, the DELF does not give them: take the TEF / TCF route.
- If you need a diploma within three months, that isn’t possible.
